I have been getting a lot of queries on some of the ingredients used in the recipes here. While I do try and explain the difficult ones, I also understand that even the simple ones may be difficult to interpret if you are not familiar with Indian cooking. So this *glossary would explain a little bit on some of the common ingredients used in this blog. If you are from India, then finding these should not be a problem as they are available in all grocery stores. But if you are abroad, then you can find them in most Indian Stores. If you are not sure of how these ingredients look, simply google it and you will get loads of images.
